Operating Principle of Tray Dryers

We offer tray dryers having capacities ranging from 12 to 200 trays and temperature ranging up to 550 Celsius (932Fahrenheit). These trays are available in the different sizes. A fan impeller with an axis flow design is provided for better uniformity and quick drying. It is equipped with a digital temperature indicator controller for accurate temperature control. Control action on / off or PID or as required control accuracy is provided. The material used for construction of dryer is mild steel, aluminum, SS 304, SS 316 and FRP lined. Our organization offers these try dryers in flame-proof and spark-proof version. Heating can do through electrical/thermo fluid or steam radiator/oil fired hot air generator.
